Changing the Mindset Towards Entrepreneurship
At Panathēnea, we're on a mission to change how students think about entrepreneurship. Through our GNTF initiative, we bring students closer to the startup ecosystem, inspiring and motivating them to go after their boldest ideas and dreams.
Youth entrepreneurship in Greece is evolving, and it starts with mindset. Gen Z is stepping up, choosing the path of creation, risk, and innovation with confidence and determination. This new energy finds its ideal expression in an initiative we built from students for students: the "Greece's Next Top Founder" (GNTF) meetups.

The Vision Behind the Community
We're not just organizing events. We're building a hub that meaningfully connects students with the Greek startup ecosystem. Through our actions, we aim to prove that entrepreneurship isn't an unattainable dream, but a realistic path for young people ready to create something that matters.
