Panathēnea is a city-wide festival that brings together start-ups, technology and culture across multiple venues in Athens. As we prepare for our 2026 edition, we’re looking for a driven Experience Coordinator to join the Experience team and help us design and deliver the festival’s side events and on-site activations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, solving creative and logistical challenges, and helping shape how people experience a festival all over Athens.

Speakers Content Curator is part of the Panathēnea Team and is responsible for managing up to 200 main stage speakers. The team's mission is to bring leading experts and bright minds from the innovation and creativity ecosystem to our stages, sharing their knowledge, learnings, and stories with the audience. These stages and the speakers they host are a defining feature of Panathēnea, leaving a lasting impact on the event and the ecosystem for years to come.
As the Speakers Content Curator, you'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging with, and bringing these visionary startup founders to Panathēnea.
