Dilek Dayınlarlı is a venturepreneur with a proven track record in investing and supporting technology companies globally. As the founder and managing partner of ScaleX Ventures, she invests in B2B software, AI, robotics, cyber security, data infrastructure, and dev tools, with several portfolio companies growing to operate in more than 20 countries and becoming category leaders. She has developed and continually refines a proprietary playbook for transforming emerging market startups into global powerhouses. Her portfolio includes notable companies like Insider, Picus Security, DataRow (acquired by AWS), Genomize, Genialis, IyziCo, and Atlas Robotics. Dilek's venture expertise extends beyond capital injection; she actively shapes the startup ecosystem as a Stanford University guest lecturer and a judge at the European Commission. As a founding member and leader of the Arya Women Investment Platform, she champions diversity in entrepreneurship and venture capital. She holds a BA (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University and an MBA (Honors) from Johnson & Wales University, during which she founded her own company.
