Greta Pappa is Director of Partnerships & Curation at Sigma Squared Society, the world’s leading community uniting and empowering the most ambitious young founders. As a member of the Executive Board, Greta co-shapes the organisation’s strategic direction, builds high-impact partnerships, curates its flagship gatherings, and leads global programming. Since 2022, she has led the Sigma Squared Summits, positioning them among the most highly curated, invite-only global events for exceptional founders.
She is also CEO of the System Change Foundation, a Liechtenstein-based non-profit that serves as a global convener for systems change. As part of the key initiatives, the Foundation also hosts the World Systemic Forum, a pioneering gathering that brings together heads of state, policymakers, and thought leaders to accelerate progress on the world’s most complex systemic challenges.
Greta holds an MSc from the University of Manchester and a BSc from the University of Leeds.
