Ilia is an operator turned founder with over a decade of experience scaling startups across Europe and the Middle East. From first hire to founder, she’s led commercial growth, international expansion, and ecosystem building in fast-paced, high-growth environments. She is one of the Co-founders of Morphoses, a B2B software company for soft skill development, where she led expansion into the UK, UAE, and Greece—securing clients like Grant Thornton, Interamerican, Mubadala, and IKEA, and partnerships with EY, Stanford, and Deel. Previously, at Endeavor, she supported hundreds of scale-up founders—building investor communities and hosting pan-European roadshows with top funds like Northzone, Hummingbird, and General Catalyst. Drawing from her experience living and working across multiple countries, Ilia now helps founders, teams, and investors relocate and integrate into the Greek tech ecosystem—bridging global ambition with local opportunity.
