Oleg Stavitsky

Oleg Stavitsky is the CEO and Co-Founder of Endel, innovating at the intersection of technology, art, and wellness. 

He founded Endel to make AI-powered mindfulness accessible to everyone. The company's core technology creates personalized, adaptive soundscapes to reduce stress, improve sleep, and boost productivity — backed by neuroscience and circadian rhythm research. Endel was named Apple Watch App of the Year 2020.

Prior to Endel, Stavitsky co-founded BUBL - a brand applying digital art methods to kids' apps, later acquired by Fox&Sheep, one of the top three children's app publishers. He led a team that built seven BUBL apps, all receiving App Store Editor's Choice awards.

He also founded V3 Agency, which he grew to 40 people and sold to Berlin-based fintech Aureum. V3 built apps for major Berlin startups including Kitchen Stories and Memorado, winning the Google Design Award, iF Design Award, and German Design Award.
