Raluca is Partner and Head of UK and DACH at Eurazeo Growth Fund, one of the earliest European growth funds, with eur5bn AUM. She started her career as an investor in public and private equity markets 21 years ago with Goldman Sachs Investment Partners in New York and thereafter Raluca was Managing Director with Vitruvian Partners, based in London. Her expertise is in mission critical software across the enterprise. Raluca has invested in and served on the Boards of WalkMe, Global-e and Mobileye, each of them becoming a multi-billion dollar global tech champion which she helped IPO on the NYSE and NASDAQ. Raluca currently serves on the Board of Devo, a security analytics business, Vestiaire Collective, one of the world’s largest circular economy marketplaces, Cognigy, a conversational AI leader for customer service and Fever, the software for the ‘experiences economy’.
