​Bringing together leading entrepreneurs and executives, the event will explore the concept of the real economy through the lens of long-term value creation, business continuity, and brand legacy in an ever-evolving economic landscape.

​The first panel, focused on family businesses, succession, and leadership, will feature next-generation CEOs Yorgos Trakakis (Endless), Armodios Yannidis (Vitex), Yanna Tzika (KONVA), and Thodoris Skagias (SKAG), who will share their experiences on generational transition, leadership challenges, and succession planning.
